This shall be a legally binding agreement between the undersigned and Kids Nation Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1274917-V) (hereinafter referred to as “Kids Nation”, "we", "us" or "our").

1. All guests entering our premises shall strictly observe, comply, and be bound with the terms and conditions set out herein.
2. All notices, rules and regulations and wall signs posted throughout our premises must be observed and followed.
3. All guests entering our premises are subject to temperature taking and visual screening for signs of communicable illness.
4. All guests entering our premises must wear socks at all times.
5. Guests who are unwell, with body temperature above 37.2 Celsius or with any sign of illness, including Hand Food Mouth Disease are not allowed to enter our premises and will need to leave our premises immediately to avoid any risk of infection. No exceptions will be made when the guests are unwell regardless of medical condition.
6. No food, drink, gum or candy is permitted in the library and the play areas.
7. All sharp and/or loose object that may be hazardous including, jewelry, buckles, coins, pens and sharp object must be removed before entering the library and the play areas.
8. No glitter, sparkles, or sharp objects on clothing or body are permitted in order to preserve the safety of our guests.
9. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and not be left on our premises without adult supervision.
10. Parents or guardians of the children shall assume full responsibility and liability for the children while on our premises.
11. Children must always be accompanied into the restrooms.
12. Children may only go down the slides seated on their bottom facing forward feet first and no climbing up the slides.
13. When climbing on approved climbing structures use both hands, stay away from other climbers.
14. No flips, somersaults or cartwheels anywhere in our premises.
15. Mobile phones must be set to silent mode in the library and disruptive mobile phone use is prohibited.
16. You shall not remove any materials, including but not limited to books, out from the library.
17. The furniture, fittings or equipment in our premises must not be misused or their arrangement altered.
18. Kids Nation shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property brought into our premises and any unattended belongings left at the owner's own risk.
19. You agree to allow our staff to inspect your bag as well as any books or folders you are carrying upon request.
20. Any damage or defacement of the equipment and the library materials are strictly prohibited and anyone found damaging the same shall compensate Kids Nation accordingly.
21. You shall report any instances of any defacement of the equipment and the library materials to our staff.
22. Guests agree to use our facilities at the guests’ own risk.
23. Kids Nation shall not be not responsible for any guests’ safety, accidents or any injuries that may occur as a result of playing at our premises or for tripping, falling and bumping into other person or fixed objects.
24. Kids Nation reserves the right to refuse admittance and/or service anyone in any circumstances as it deems reasonable.
25. Kids Nation reserves the right to ask any person or persons to leave at its sole and absolute discretion.
26. Kids Nation reserves the right to amend, change, modify or otherwise alter the terms and conditions herein at any time at its sole and absolute discretion.
27. In no event shall Kids Nation be liable to any member or third party for any loss and injury or any special, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential losses or damages whatsoever or howsoever caused under any cause of action arising directly or indirectly in connection with use of Kids Nation’s facilities.
28. All entrance passes are strictly not transferrable.
29. Kids Nation reserves the right to close the outlet due to whatsoever reason and you shall exit the premises upon request without claiming any compensation or reduction of the purchase price as a result of the early closure of the outlet.
30. All guest entering our premise must be fully vaccinated.
    • 2 dose vaccines for Pfizer, AstraZaneca and Sinovac (14 days after second dose).
    • 1 dose vaccine for CanSino and Johnson & Johnson (28 days after vaccination).
31. All guest entering our premise must be “Low Risk, No Symptoms” or “Casual Contact, No Symptoms”.
