How clean is Kids Nation?

Cleanliness is one of our primary goals. Every evening our staff sanitises every part of the play area and especially ball pit using hospital grade anti bacteria solutions. Staff follow a fixed upkeep schedule throughout our facility. Kids Nation upholds the highest standards in cleanliness to assure our customer a safe and enjoyable experience.

Who supervises the children?

Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times. Kids Nation team is around to help make your visit enjoyable and safe. Adults are not permitted to leave Kids Nation while their children are playing. One adult per family group who is 18 years or over must be present in Kids Nation at all times.

What are your operating hours?

We are open daily from 10AM to 8PM. However, please check our Instagram (kidsnation.my) or Facebook Page (kidsnation.kiara163) for the latest operation hours.

Do I need to wear socks?

Yes! All children must have socks on when playing in the play area. Adults who will be accompanying children in the play area must wear socks as well.

Can I bring in my own food?

No. We are a cafe as well as an indoor playground hence we do not allow any outside food.

Do you have an area to change diapers?

Yes, we have changing tables located in the restrooms.

Do you have a lost property policy?

All items left at Kids Nation are kept at reception for 15 days. If you did leave something, please come retrieve it as soon as possible, within the week! All unclaimed items will be disposed/donated accordingly.

What clothing should the children wear?

Comfortable clothes, ideally long sleeved tops and pants/leggings, should be worn at the Kids Nation.
